For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between the mind and the body — and how deeply they influence one another. My work has always centred around one mission: supporting people as they explore their pain experience and reconnect with a sense of ease, confidence, and possibility.
My journey began almost four decades ago with physical therapies such as remedial massage and manipulative therapy. I saw firsthand how pain can shape every part of a person’s life — their energy, their confidence, their relationships, and their sense of self. And while physical treatments helped many people, I also noticed something important:
Some pain didn’t behave like purely physical pain at all.
It lingered long after injuries healed.
It intensified during periods of stress.
It softened when people felt safe, supported, or emotionally understood.
This led me to explore the deeper layers of the pain experience — the emotional, cognitive, and subconscious patterns that traditional approaches often overlook.
A Mind‑Body Approach to Meaningful Change
For the last 20+ years, my work has focused on mind‑based therapies and energy work, including Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Rapid Pain Elimination, and Mind Mediation. These approaches allow us to explore the subconscious mind — the place where protective patterns, emotional tension, and long‑held responses often reside.
By working gently with the mind, people often describe:
• feeling calmer and more grounded
• releasing emotional tension held in the body
• understanding the patterns that influence their pain experience
• responding to stress with more ease
• reconnecting with a sense of inner safety and possibility
This is where many people begin to experience meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves and their pain
