Booking Form for Consultation
Initially we will have a consultation call to determine your needs, understand the problems you are facing, and to understand the transformations you wish to achieve. The strategy call lasts approxiamtely 30 minutes. Due to people booking and then not showing up for the call and wasting my time, there is now a fee for the call of £30 GBP. This is payable in advance. Should we work together then this will be deducted from treatment fees. If we don't work together then the fee will be refunded to you. So the strategy call is still in the end free, however if you miss the call the fee will not be refunded.
If we decide to work together then we will make an appointment, usually within 2 - 4 weeks. You will be emailed a questionnaire which must be completed and emailed back to me prior to your appointment.
A 50% deposit will be required when you book your appointment which can be paid via paypal or bank transfer This will secure your appointment date. Should the deposit not be paid within 7 days of making the appointment, the appointment date/time will become free for others to book and you may need to rebook. The balance will be payable at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Please Note: I require 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit the deposit. This is strictly enforced so please be sure you will be able to keep the appointment. If under special circumstances you do have to unavoidably change your appointment then of course the deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
